These Terms of Use (Terms”) govern your access to and use of indianfolktales.com and related pages (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for families, teachers, and children reading with a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the Site. 3. Content and acceptable use
You may read and share links to Site pages for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. You may not:
- scrape, bulk-download, or republish Site content without permission;

- misrepresent affiliation with the Site.
Story text may include traditional/public-domain material and modern retellings. Presentation, selection, commentary, FAQs, and site design are protected as our compilation and original expression where applicable.
